HOTEL GST GRAND PLAZA

The rooms were very dirty. Bed sheet had hairs on them. Bathroom does not have lights working and also the staff was rude. I will never visit this hotel again.

We checked in 01.10.23 at 01.30 a.m and checked out at 10.30 a.m on 01.10.23.(Room no:301)two bed non a.c. Room was totally unclean. Bathroom was horrible. No hanger/hook/shelf/soapcase/rod/mirror. Personal item is to keep on the bathroom floor. It's impossible to close the bathroom door and if you try, it will spring back inside. Bathroom door remains open 24 hours. Water supply in the bathroom taps was inadequate and it takes 45 minutes to fill one bucket of water. This hotel should be last choice.

Rooms are very very dirty. Blanket is very dirty and smelly. Staff don't care about customer.

Great staff, specially Mr Sandhu, great food and great ambience. You need any help from the staff and they will take care specially when you new to the place. Trust my words l, they will put hours to help you if you need anything with full respect. It started like this, i needed a taxi to head towards Jaipur and had a very little time, their whole staff left their work and started looking out for a taxi for me and they did that for hours without even me asking for it which meant a lot to me and my family!

Hotel GST GRAND is located at Kharar chandigarh highway. The entrance and reception is so attractive. The rooms are average not too bad. They provide normal facilities. The hotel team is good and cooperative . Rates are minimal. All over the hotel is good. Management Need to improve the room decoration and facilities....

We didn't had any options left. It's an okay Hotel. The washroom was extremely small and badly stinking. Air freshener was provided to us and we had to use it every 2 hours. Not really worth the money. Thanks

Hotel is located nicely if you are looking for place in KHARAR near Kharar bus stand, I would say rooms can be more clean and tidy, it is not well maintained U would not like visit to again as they don't care about the property, so it smells bad all over the place AC was nicely working but if the place is dirty not cleaned for days, not sure but if AC works fine in all the rooms So if you have no other place to stay then you can manage on rainy day in emergency in here, if compare the price they charge it's not even worth the fifth
