SPOT ON 63191 Preet Guest House

The staff is not at all cooperative. I was told those rooms were for rent & not a hotel/guest house. I stayed there for 2-3 months until the landlord one night suddenly asked me to vacate the space as they were converting it to a guest house. Even when I was staying there, it was already partially converted to a guest house. Many people came & stayed there as in a guest house. I moved out within a week & landlord and I discussed that the extra amount of rent I've already paid in the starting of the month would be returned to me when I move out. Nonetheless, I never got my money back & even when I called and asked him for it, he was very rude to me and kept me hanging for days. The staff sometimes were drunk & it didn't feel safe in that place on some days.

Rooms are not furnished properly. It is not a hotel. It is a converted home. Rent is very high compared to what they offer. You have to pay for drinking water. And all the five star ratings are from their employees and relatives. This is a genuine review.
