It's a good experience.Sunny Enclave Kharar is near Chandigarh best location in Mohali. Every daily need goods available.Near the National Highway and Kharar Flyover. Rooms are clean.Food is good. Overall experience is good. Secure place. Under CCTV surveillance.

It's one of the finest moderatly priced hotels to live at. Anyone who wants to have a homestay nearby Kharar or Mohali and also have a pleasant time can live here. The staff is nice & friendly and the rooms are very nice. The facilities are good. Also the location of the hotel is nice (being in sunny enclave) and overall the place good to stay for family as well as for couples or students. Also they have good food option available here. So have a nice stay here anytime.

It's a Good hotel with all basic emenities provided by them. Room & Bathroom I found in Good Condition including bedsheets & blankets. Both Gyeser & AC are working. For Breakfast, we ordered Aloo ka Parathaa, which was too good as expected in Punjab. Hotel Owner was also a good person & helpful. Overall my stay was Good & Comfortable.

Experience was not at all good, food was not that great, we ordered something on the first day but for the rest two days of staying we ordered food from Zomato from nearby restaurants. Bathroom setting was a bit awkward. It's like we open the bathroom door and the first thing just in front of the gate is toilet seat and then we have to squeeze ourselves and get past to shower area. Don't know who designed that ridiculous thing. But the major thing was that I booked and paid the amount online which was Around 3.5k but when I travelled almost 1500 kms and arrived there the owner said that, "No, we don't take online payments and can't do anything about that. Mind you I was there with my family of four with heavy luggage and they were denying entrance. I booked hotel through MakeMyTrip and I was fortunate that I had a cancellation and refund window of about 2 hours left. I had to cancel that previous online booking and had to book room then and there at the counter paying another 3.5k offline at the counter which I think is pathetic management between Oyo or any such sites and that hotel. Just imagine what could've happened if there would have been no room available after guests reaching at the site. Conclusion being, "I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL !! "

If you want to spend a night with cockroaches, lizards, ants, termite and seepage. This is the ideal place for you. Above all the himachali manager on complaining about all this convicts you that you (guest) have only brought this. It was not like this before you occupied it. Horrible experience couldn't sleep even for a while. Pathetic experience...a big no go from my side

Room was neat & clean Wifi & A/ C were working ,But television wasn't. Bathroom was neat & clean spacious also. Food was not as per my expectations. Reception guy was very nice and humbled .

This is the weirdest hotel I have even seen. Flat bed, unclean bathroom, stinking blankets and towels, no breakfast. They don't clean rooms daily by saying room is locked and we don't have duplicate keys. Either oyo should improve the quality or step out of the branding.
