The Royal Court (Run by The Paradise)

As soon as one shows up at the hotel there's a valet waiting for you to park your car. It's a banquet cum hotel where one can revel and comfortably shut-eye. In addition, it is well connected as in to nearly places of paramountcy. This was just an overview. Coming to my overall experience at the place, I would say it was quite decent. I was entertained the moment I reached the reception area. Rooms are filled with opulence and up-to-date electronic equipments as well as sanitary fittings. A kettle along with sachets of sugar, cream and coffee. Moreover, dogs are also accommodated here provided they don't create any nuisance. Food was scrumptious and staff was cordial. Parking was adequate and indoors. So all in all it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Do check it out if you ever visit Ludhiana.

Rooms were quite ok in size and staff is helpful, no kitchen, wifi is good ,parking is under surveillance, near dhaba and restaurant available for food

It is peak winters in Ludhiana and these people have the thinnest quilt. Refused to even give an extra one. No heaters, nothing. Rooms are small and no windows or view. Location is equally bad. Basically book if you have no other choice, otherwise spare yourself from this place.

I booked and paid for this hotel 10 days before. But when I went for checkin they denied it. Since there was booking for a marriage they gave them higher charges than me, so they completely denied my booking. This is the pathetic response from Fabhotel and their booking partner.

We had 4 rooms booked, though one of the party could not make it on the first day, the reception were understanding and kept the room vacant Nishant was very helpful. The room were well appointed and comfortable. Overall recommend to everyone this hotel

Worth the stay Stay was very pleasant,staff was very polite and helpful,from valet parking,lift man, reception staff everyone welcomed with folded hands this gesture was commendable.The only problem is the it's little far from railway station.one mall is next to the hotel, which is good to. Due to some problems i had to check in bit early which they allowed at reasonable price. Overall stay was good,bit price though,room was very spacious and well maintained

The service was excellent, the management team addressed my concerns quickly and came to an amicable resolution. The kitchen staff was also excellent, good care of us. The security team greeted us very warmly everytime we enter the hotel and check our bags - very nice to come back to a friendly greeting after a day out, thank you very much to the security team for being so nice and friendly when we enter the hotel.
