OYO 18474 Hotel Sukh Sagar

This is an old hotel in Ludhiana. Even when it was not connected to the oyo, I stayed here. Recently when I stopped here, the old experience came to me. This is a great hotel. The facilities here are very good. The people here are very impressive. Cheap pricing. Go for it.

Average Hotel. Good location. No lift available. Have to access steep and high steps. No parking space available. But good service and staffs are good. Good space for budget stay (excluding offers) I'm from Kerala and was totally unaware about the places. The hotel guys helped me a lot detailing the routes etc.

Don't be impressed by fake riviews, this hotel isn't eligible to be a #oyohotel at all. It was on 27/Oct/2020 we visited the hotel but the owner insisted to make direct booking(out of oyo). We were too tired to wait for another hotel so decided to go with the direct booking. We paid 1000/- via phonepe app for a AC room. As already informed the manager about early checkout we arrived at the reception sharp 6.30am. The person in the reception informed me that the payment I made yesterday hasn't received by the owner. I checked my phonepe app, it's clreay a successful transaction. We weren't allowed to leave the hotel until the owner came(7am). I was shocked when he showed me his GooglePay app saying he didn't recived the payment, I tried my best to convince him that it payment was made though phonepay so it won't show in GooglePay. After several rounds of arguments he made call to his son who then confirmed about the payment. He linked his son's number to phonepe. He has very negative mindset about oyo customers, they want to run hotel like ancient times when customers were treated like hell. So please find your stay somewhere else

Just average hotel. OYO has listed it as a Premium hotel, but I couldn't find what's premium in it. - No lift - Tall people watch out your head while in stairs - Breakfast didn't have even curd or Achar with paratha - Food ordered were served hot in polythene & even Bowl was not given - Menu card had invisible letters - Floor was filled with dust and sand - Toilet (forget, can't describe anymore.)

Very dirty and badly maintained hotel.. Linen was having holes. AC was not working properly. Bathroom got choked. Etc... Not a good hotel. Only pictures uploaded are good.

Nice hotel and rooms were neat and clean. Accessibility by stairs and no parking facility.
