Hotel G-5 Villa

Disappointing Experience Due to Unprofessional Management. I recently visited G-5 Villa's not to stay but to meet a friend of mine and was thoroughly disappointed, primarily due to the unprofessional and insincere behavior of the hotel receptionist who doesn't know how to talk to customers and was watching movies while sitting at the reception. It was clear that customer service was not a priority at all. A good hotel is built on great service, and unfortunately, the management here falls far short of that standard. I won't comment on hotel room service and all as I didn't stay. But I highly recommend the owners to hire decent staff who should atleast have positive attitude and knows the art of communication.

They are only money making guys, Owner and staff both are very rude. When they get to know that booking made on lower price by online, They argue with you for more money, And they dont worry about anything, They will charge you extra money and will not allow you to checkout without that. Those guys also do False commitments for free early checkin and charge higher when you checkout. Not safe for Families Not even a single proffessional person in the hotel.

Very bed service they don't have any since to talk with guests service boy is to laze and and manager have to munch ego they have0% wave to deal bed are broken washroom so dearty if i need 1soup i have to call hi 100 times wifi and tv not working 0% never vist here again

It has a v good building, good rooms. Nice people, staff, sufficient parking space etc.

I stay hotel g5 villa .very good 😊 service.hotel staff good and helpful.managment so beautiful .and all like this very good .and enjoy very tasty food hotel owner helpful 😊 and very good .iam very happy and enjoying stay ❣️ thanks 🙏 and regards all hotel staff .

Very poor service by the hotel staff They don't have basic medical kit. Rooms were filled with cockroach and bad smell..we had our worst experience with this hotel...moreover there was current in bathroom taps.... nobody should ever go to this hotel...

Rooms are elementary and services are time pass. People stay here to attend marriages in nearby marriage palaces. You have to wait for everything because only one guy is there for services 😞
