From last 4 days I am asking for share invoice, But no reply came, Worst ever customer service i feel

Pathetic service rude staff don't come Please it's genuine & humble request for visitors don't come, don't come... Staff person are highly arrogant & literally illiterate I have to vacant in night time only due to staff rude behavior.

I went here after booking online the booking was confirmed by the hotel itself When I reached there the staff behaviour is very rude And he also denied checking in saying that all his rooms were already booked.

The hotel location is very easy for searching in the Google & the staff is very helpful so i say again must visit this sight when you are coming to ludhiana any session.

The staff was nice and very supportive. Helped me out with certain requirements. The food was also good. Plus a big big plus for me that is the rooms had windows. Which for the normal prices, other hotels don't offer.

The rooms were properly cleaned. Fresh sheets and towels were provided in the room. Bathroom was also properly cleaned. The room service is prompt and available throughout the day. Food is good and appropriately priced. The staff members and manager are courteous and very helpful.
