Don't go to there after booking via OYO, they will refuse to provide a room and say we have not any contract with OYO. They say that they don't know why the OYO put their property on its website. They recommend to book a room via GOIBIBO and MAKEMYTRIP. If accidently you booked a room via OYO then don't make a payment in advance. Firstly reach at the property and make payment accordingly. Advice - don't make a payment in advance through whichever website you booked. First confirm from the property manager about your booked accommodation and then you can make payment still on your own. Considering the price, the hotel is nice and clean, children friendly and well maintained. Even the staff is very friendly and always available for service. Even the food served at the hotel was nice at reasonable rates. The only problem is with the service of Hot water at the Bathroom. Hot water is not always available in the morning. Every time, we had to call the Reception to fix this problem but they couldn't solve the problem every time. Me & my family had to take a bath with cold water. Please look into this issue.

Firstly, they did not provide the exact rooms they have shown in the pictures. I got a different room from what I expected. Secondly, it was not clean at all. It was hard for me to even sit on the bed as the bedsheets were used and had small hair on them all over. After complaining several times they changed it, however, it still looked unwashed to me as it had several stains on the bed sheet and pillow covers. Moreover, the blankets they provided was smelling awful. I would like to rate them 0 for cleanliness. And talking about other amenities, the T.V was not working, the A.C was making weird noises throughout our stay, and even the cupboard wasn't in a good condition. In a nutshell, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone as it's not worth the money.

Booked via Goibibo. Was on a business trip from Bhopal and checked in at night. Bed sheets were soiled and hair all over them. Maybe it's after valentine's effect. But anyways, the manager DENIED CHANGING SHEETS even after request. He said there's no laundry available at night. Room not clean and vibe was dead. I slept on bed roll directly without sheet and cushion was covered with towel. Very very bad experience. Would not recommend. DON'T GO WITH PHOTOS POSTED BY THEM.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was very tasty, and was not costly at all. But one thing that really stands out is the courteous staff which were very helpful throughout our stay. Overall I am pleased with my experience and would certainly prefer this next time I travel to Ludhiana.

I only chose this hotel bcoz of the reviews it got and ofcourse for the price,based on this I checked in here on the 14th Im writing this review as I'm in this hotel ryt now. If you are planning please dn't visit bcoz the quality is gone way too down. 1. The guy at the reception has a bad attitude 2. The bed linens where dirty and tore when I asked them to change it they said we have it had hair on it. 3. The road towards the hotel is all broken and very ugly why is mentioned it is bcoz they don't have any pic of it on their website 3. The food is pathetic oily and spicy. It's only my opinion you can still visit at your own risk.

Nice budget hotel. Room was clean. Bathroom was okay. Room service was really good. Food was very tasty. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel City night is good hotel, you can choose it for night stay only. They are at affordable rates. They have in house kitchen which is good, they serve tasty food.
