Hotel The Taksonz

Ever pathetic Experience.. firstly I have pre informed about my arrival time while booking and i was reached on time as per given slot but they didn't give check In, (He demanded 40% extra of Rs 2000/- means Rs 800/- extra for given check In at 10 am) when I was denied so he said wait I'll arranging a room for you I had wait approx 1.5 hours on reception for taking check In. Second thing while checking In he told me several times that the price is very low on online booking we can't provide rooms at such prices (I had paid Rs 2000/- for pathetic room) that's why he offered me a small room without any toiletries and non of services available in room, i.e The phone was dead, towels are not available, Soaps and others stuff are not available and toilet condition is very pathetic, complete toilet wet because one tap was leak, when I asked him for change the room he said the complete hotel is occupied and I saw several rooms are available. The Toilet was wet because of this I asked for a toilet slipper He demanded an additional charge for slippers. The horrible experience overall. I was tired because of long travel and then I had a horrible experience and interesting thing is i also paid too much money for that horrible experience

**"Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs!"** I am horrified by the state of this hotel. There was no cleanliness at all from the moment we walked in. Spider webs were everywhere – in the rooms, hallways, and throughout the hotel. Cockroaches were running all over the place, even on the beds and in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the breakfast hall! The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and there were hairs from the previous guest all over it. For the price, this hotel is an absolute rip-off compared to others nearby. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this filthy place!

rooms are very old. not as per website picture. Food cost is also high. Room rate is too high as per the facilities. There are so many hotels near to Taknoz they are providing better than this hotel as per the comparison of Rate and rom facilities

The hotel was filthy. Cockroaches everywhere, even in the breakfast hall, and spider webs all over the place. The room and bathroom weren’t cleaned, and there were hairs from the previous guest. For the price, this was unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

Worst Experience, Worst Hotel in Ludhiana. You will be welcomed by the cockroaches everywhere in the room, forget about the cleanliness. Hotel requires a complete renovation. As per the current condition of the hotel the room should not be more then 800-900Rs inclusive of Breakfast and GST. Also, be aware of their hidden charges. You will be surprised regarding the hidden charges at the time of billing. Hidden charges can be applicable on anything without any prior information. I hope my feedback will help others to consider this hotel accordingly.
