Worst hotel I have visited. No choice in breakfast. There were flies in the room. The room was not up to the mark. There were hairs in the bathroom. The amount they are charging is too high for such a pathetic room. Delays in requests. As per the staff IRD menu rate is low as compared to the restaurant menu which was surprising.

Good option for stay in Ludhiana. One suggestion - could offer more options in breakfast in case of no buffet served on any day. Overall wonderful experience 👍 Good hospitality & staff.

Very Good Hotel , Staff,Rate,Food Quality, Cleanliness , everything is good. Had booking a room by staff Jagmohan Ji. Very cooperative staff and room rate is very reasonable. Well ventilated rooms, Mini bar available room with nice eatery. I giving 5 star rating to Hotel kohinoor.

Hotel Kohinoor place and Banquets is very good hotel. Room are good, staff bahavior is excellent and excellent food test is here. So hotel is excellent for stay...so thanks pls keep this service continue 🙏🙏

- Disappointing Experience "Our Event was poorly organised , unprepared speakers. The venue was uncomfortable, and the catering was subpar. It felt like the owner was only interested in collecting money, not providing a quality experience. Overall, a waste of time and money. Wouldn't recommend."

We checked in late (around 12.30am instead of 10am) and the washroom was extremely unhygienic with feces lying in the commode. We were shifted to another room which had stains in the commode. The 3rd room had hair and stains on the bed. 2 girls traveling and having to face this after a long journey is absolutely unacceptable. Basic hygiene wasn't maintained in this so called hotel. Pradeep ji had denied us of any other rooms but we changed 4 rooms within an hour. 2 other staff members helped us out and changed linens on the middle of the night. Grateful to them. We really hope people do not opt to stay here, it has been a horrible experiencefor us!! Highly disappointed! Unbelievably pathetic! Please do not demean the name of 'Kohinoor' if this is the standard you maintain!!

Staff Good. Buffet is ok , room cleaning of other than bed is required. Please don't charge Rs 65/- for MRP of 20k water bottle.
