If you’re staying here, don’t expect room service. The water and tea take forever to come, and the rooms are decent enough. The staff was helpful, but the rules need to change for a better room service experience. Parking is also a pain in the area because they have valet for Bikanerwalla guests but not for hotel guests.

I recently booked this hotel for my sister's wedding and had multiple guests staying here, expecting a smooth and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, we encountered poor service that dampened the overall stay. One glaring issue was with the towels in the room. A double-occupancy room was only provided with one towel, which is below standard for any decent hotel. Despite repeated calls to the reception and housekeeping, no additional towel was provided, causing unnecessary inconvenience. While the property itself seemed promising, the staff's inability to address such a basic requirement shows a lack of professionalism and preparedness. I would strongly suggest management revisit their hospitality practices and ensure better communication and services for their guests. I sincerely hope the hotel improves, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend it to others hosting important events.

Terrible experience! Hotel staff were super rude and unfair. They have a weird rule that doesn't let friends visit each other's rooms. When we asked why, they talked down to us, saying we should've read the fine print. But the policy only mentions no rooms for couples or 'fake' couples - what does that even mean? How do they decide who's fake? They wouldn't even show us the policy or let us take a picture. Total disaster!

Location wise good...rooms are spacious and well maintained...I don't know why they are not providing any toiletries even not provides tissue papers as the rooms are very good...its completely miss management of good hotel...they are providing complementary breakfast at Bikanervala restaurant situated at ground floor...the quality of breakfast is very good but they proving only one snack with one beverage with one sweet as per their provided limited menu items...need to improve room services and breakfast...recommended for stay...

Glorified lodge, no amenities no service, forget about 24/7 hot water. Flies in the room No soap dental kit or any other utilities Just the room which is decent. Service, what is that? You want hot water, we will offer you a heating rod. Enjoy your stay without any expectations.

Recently had a few nights stay here at this hotel. First of all the person names Mr Subhash at the reception is very rude and adamant. Interactions with him spoiled the whole tempo of our stay. Now coming to the room, it's of decent quality but breakfast which was complementary in our stay package is just poor. Service in room is at average only. I won't be choosing this hotel again for my stay.

“Disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe our experience at [Bikaner Restaurant]. The staff seemed to have mastered the art of neglecting orders and turning a blind eye to customers. We waited so long for our food that we started to wonder if the kitchen staff had gone on vacation. Initially he refused for every dish we ordered later those dises were served to many others. Avoid this place like the plague if you value your time and taste buds.”

Staff Behavior is very unprofessional, They are asking extra Money after checkout. That by mistake my staff charged less amount, Kindly pay this Remaining amount while i was paid all amount. They are Doing fraud with CUSTOMERs
