Hotel Smily

We visited Hotel Smily for a corporate party with a group of 12 members. The overall experience was quite pleasant. The food items were tasty, though not the absolute best compared to similar restaurants in the area. The ambience was good, but the lighting could definitely be improved for a better dining experience. One of the highlights is their rooftop area, designed with a cave-like structure that makes it a unique and cozy spot—perfect for corporate events and family gatherings. The staff was very supportive and cooperative, which added to the comfort of our visit. The place is also equipped with a lift, making it accessible, and the rooftop offers a nice view of the Jamalpur area in Ludhiana. Overall, I enjoyed the visit and would recommend it for small gatherings or peaceful dinners.

Awesome experience,food quality excellent,staff very cooperative.Must visit this beautiful place . Grilled sandwich 🥪 taste too 😋 yummy, mojito is too good 😊 n dinner is too tasty.we will surely visit here again.Staff is also good n well mannered.

It seemed like it is totally new property, The rooms, toilets, cleanliness, comfort, cushion, and entertainment system. everything is perfect, even the food quality and test was also great, the service is very fast. The staff is great, and the restaurant and bar are located on the terrace which is awesome and is purely based on a modern theme design. Although you find good food next to the hotel as well, as there are several restaurants and a food street is organized in a nearby walking area. It is located in a quiet place near a residential area. The only little drawback is the low-budget rooms don't have windows.

Very good behaviour of staff. Family environment. Very cooperative staff. Safe for family and women. Very good location not at the highway where there are sounds of vehicles and horns all night not too far. There is a very good market nearby where we can buy sweets, fruits, groceries, dairy products, ice cream etc. Even the goal market is at walking distance where we can eat all famous street food. आसपास का वातावरण भी बहुत अच्छा और छायादार और रोड के दोनो तरफ पेड़ लगे हुए है ।

It's a nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with neat and clean bedding. The bathroom was wide enough and didn't feel claustrophobic. Staff always wear a smile(as the hotel name suggests) and have ready to help gesture. The hotel has a wide parking space, and medical and other shops are nearby.
