Money heister. I booked a room through oyo. N they didn't give me a room and told to oyo that i was checking in or checking out also .Both are bloody cheaters

Rooms small like bathroom,no dining,they don't even provide keys of the door, I asked I want to go out please provide keys they said no need we are watching in camera nothing will happen, quilt don't have cover on it that means they are giving same quilt to everyone,hotel is new rooms are good looking in pics on OYO but it's not that good and it's at a walking distance from the Ludhiana bus stop and about 4 Kms from the Railway Station ( Ludhiana Junction)
