Very unprofessional and rude staff, service is very bad. They are not care for their customers and refuse for all things like water towel cold drink also for Tv. remote. We did go out side for water another shop.

Terrible experience I had. There was no electricity and water in washroom for whole night and day. I missed my important meetings. If you are going to stay they ask them if they have electricity backup or not .

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel. We had some problems with our key card and the staff were very helpful in assisting us. There was no issues with our luggage, but they did check to see if everything was okay and offered a free upgrade if we needed it. I would recommend everyone to go stay at this hotel!

It was close to the market, so you can also take your important things. The cleanliness was excellent with all amenities as desired. The room was clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable and the staff has always been very helpful with anything I need. The food was good too.

Even in the morning you won't find tea or any attender . No power backup. No intercom. No call 🔔 in the room. Dirty bathroom with dangerous insects in. You can see in the picture.

Rooms n bathroom not that clean. If you are on a tight budget then only think abt it. Good for bachelors not for family.

Hotel staff was very arrogant. Rooms are dirty. Feeling embarrassed. Hotel and Hotel staff both are poor

Hotel rooms are so good buy don't book online because they are not accepting online booking. We book Direct room little costly as compared to online but rooms are clean.
