My experience here was absolutely terrible. I booked this place earlier for 7 hours at the same price, but when I came back, the female staff member was extremely rude. She told me I had to pay an extra 200 for the same 7 hours and then started arguing with me. It’s clear she doesn’t know how to treat customers properly—she even told me in a very rude manner to calculate the time myself. We explained to her that we had paid the full amount earlier and didn’t understand why they were charging more now. Honestly, they really need to replace this staff member—she was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Terrible service by female staff! When I asled her about food options and she rudely replied, “This isn’t a five-star hotel."Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Her attitude was arrogant and she clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Doesn’t even understand simple questions properly. Total disappointment!

Would only recommend if you're really in need of a place to stay on short notice or you happen to be on a tight budget. For the price you pay, you get all the basic amenities like a.c, bathroom with geyser, storage cabinets etc (they even throw in a small towel too). You don't get wifi in this package however. This place provides you with the bare bone basics and covers all the crucial bases for a hotel. Anything more than that is asking for too much at this price point though. You'd be hard pressed to find something better than this for the price. The staff are hospitable and welcoming and that's probably their greatest strength. Only gave them a 2 cause my sheets weren't replaced when I asked them to because house keeping was absent. Aside from that, it really is a decent place. But the thing is it's only that - DECENT. If you're looking luxury or something a little bit more nuanced, you might want to check somewhere else. If you're looking for something decent and only decent at best, then you can't go wrong with K Home.

Overall hotel room is good 4star , staff behavior 5 star, dinner or lunch 3star, coffee 5star, Best place for couple and there is no disturbance from staff. Genuine prices of beverages and food. Suggestion:- Please don't t book this hotel from oyo below 1000₹ , owner denied to book room. If you book online then it will be above 1000 then he will allow. And u can book offline also and get less price compare to online.
