First this hotel only exists under the name of Highland hotel and not as it is said on booking. Extremely difficult to find! ||Second the filthyness! All was filthy from the bed sheets not changed to the toilets with what you can imagine in it! ||The sofa was covered by rats poop and staff totally indifferent! They didn't even book a tuk tuk for me I had to manage alone at 5am alone in the streets. ||It's not a hotel it's just dirty. That shouldn't exist. I spent only 1 night but I will always remember never ever to come back there! DO NOT GO!

Best service, Checkout was smooth, Bedroom were clean, Bathroom was very clean, Geyser for hot water, Blankets nice and clean, Tv and 24x7 electricity ✨✨✨

Did not meet the expectation as room was dirty (namkeen was on the floor). Imagine there wasn't key for my room and i had to left my luggage with open door. Not happy at all. Bathroom tap was very hard to move and broken. Room key wasn't available 🙏 namkeen was on the floor. Small room for this price and no balcony. I paid the good price but room was below expectation 🙏

A spacious room which is very well kept and comes with all the basic amenities was given to us post an easy check-in process. Rooms service was fast and staff was helpful and kind. An amazing place to stay at.

Booked from OYO helpline number, but when reaching ,hotel manager refused to accept Oyo booking. Thanks God I did not pre paid thru link of booking from Oyo.

Very irresponsible staff and vague response from one the receptionist, its been a week we have been informing for geyser and doormats for the washroom which haven't done yet.. disappointed with the service and cleaning.
