Hotel Sunder

Worst hotel/oyo rooms i have ever seen. I booked a hotel through oyo and also make full online payment and when i arrived at hotel, hotel staff denied to provide room as no rooms was available according to them. They have our booking in their system but then also they denied to provide room. I called oyo customer care but they also didn't respond to our complain. I suggest not to book this hotel and also not to use oyo as oyo service is going worst day by day.

The worst hotel ever, hotel staff is not at all helpful and most worst service by the OYO Hotels. I have booked the oyo room at this hotel and prepaid the amount but when I have arrived at hotel, hotel staff denied to provide room, they rooms are not available. On their system my booking id was showing but how can they say they do not have rooms. I suggest never to book this hotel and specially from oyo. Oyo services are really very bad. I have called Oyo's customer support to share this problem, but they were also not helpfull at all. Goibibo or make my trip apps are much much better than this oyo. Additional, we have asked hotel to provide any room like below the category of room which we have booked for 3 person, they just said we can not do anything, you just contact oyo for this. If I could, I will rate this hotel in negative.

The hotel is located at close proximity to Ludhiana Bus stand; that make it easier to reach. It's interesting to mention that there are two hotels with the same name in that particular alley. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen of its own, albeit the hotel staff will help you in getting whatever you desire to eat.

The rooms are average and had to call room service several times before it was ready for us to sleep on.The food is good and the behaviour of the staff was the best which you can get.

Its good hotel...price is also reasonable. You can go any time book room.For couple its safe and secure .thanks

Fake WiFi you order something they gave you something.. their r two hotel with the same name they send you to the back one don't know why..where construction is going on you can't sleep..and so noisy around..

Not clean bathrooms didn't provide any soap or shampoo , stayed because we had no option due to uncertain fog hitting the state while on the move

dnt book a room at this hotel..specially from oyo...they increase ur payment during check out..
