Super OYO Hotel Sky Garden

Difficult to find the route at night😢😢😢. Rooms are good. A quiet and calm place. AC and geysers are working finely. A kitchen space is given if you want to cook. Neat and clean rooms as well as corridors.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

a property well made but not being well maintained. single/solo female traveller's best avoid it. the road to the property is a bit confusing . though the property is well made but not being run profesionally. the bed sheet , mattress cover , towel and soap provided weren't fresh. infact after requesting mattress cover and towel were changed. the changed towel didn't still smell fresh. ac works fine. room isn't kept clean. the red pillows had white marks, pics attached and hope u could understand what the marks were of. bathroom is small but usable. geyser wasn't working. i hope they put in profesional people to run the show

Great central location I stayed at Hotel Arthur for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well

Rooms are clean and well maintained, even they have some extra rooms for special occasions ❤️💕, ofcourse, u need to pay extra. The entrance of hotel was changed due to which I rated it 4, otherwise it is perfect ❣️ and My stay was Comfortable.😍

Property good with a bad entrance , the coordination in authorities non existent. One oyo guy calledHotel was not aware that breakfast was complimentary and was included in tariff. The Oyo guy created a ruckus and said no breakfast is included. The hotel people were not happy with guest coming with booking.Com . I need to talk to people at booking.com.The coordination between the hotel , booking.Com is non existent. They just go by oyo. Why
