OYO Hotel City View

Hotel Cityview was a complete disaster – the service was a joke, staff members were rude beyond belief, and the owner seemed to take pride in running a dump. The facilities were a sad excuse for a hotel, making me question how this place is even in business. Save yourself the misery and steer clear of this establishment unless you enjoy terrible service and a total lack of hospitality. At last I suggest anyone to stay here completely disaster

Worst Hotel I ever been in my life. Local boys-girl running 7-8 rooms. A dharmsala would be better than that. Don't know how to talk and how to respond. No keys for rooms, no electricity in night. No water. Have to tell them, then wait for them to start motor. No cleanness. Dirty beds with stains and dust on all over room. Damps on walls. Have to change hotel next day nearby. OYO should remove its brand from there.

This hotel is a time capsule of neglect. Outdated, uncomfortable rooms, questionable hygiene, and staff with a talent for avoiding guests. The noise levels make a peaceful night impossible. Save yourself the disappointment and stay elsewhere

Pathetic......! Actually this word is less to describe the situation of this hotel. There is not a single thing which is good or even ok. They even don't deserve single star. Name is city view but there is nothing inside or outside the hotel to view. Places to explore are also far from here. They shifted us for ac room and increase prices. There was no light in hotel for whole night and their inverters were not sufficient. We didnt get neither ac nor fan. They provide room with no keys and when we ask for the same they were giving excuses. We found our things missing and there is no point to discuss anything with them. There is no one to take responsibility. Rooms were worst, bathrooms have no water , bedsheets were stinky. No included breakfast was provided. I wonder how OYO has included them. Not going to book any hotel via Oyo now for sure. Spoiled whole trip and mood. Not recommended for anyone . Staff seems very suspicious. There is no option to upload photos otherwise with reviews and photos, other people might get better idea to avoid this hell.

It really is very bad. I lost my money by booking this place on OYO earlier. It seems to be like a hotel which gives out its room at hourly rates. Do understand what I mean by that. The hotel as such, location is extremely bad. Rooms are very very dirty and stinky. The whole hotel smells bad. Please be careful booking anything in Nayagaon. Not just this hotel. Go there and book. Never Pre book.

Exceptional service, luxurious amenities, impeccable cleanliness. This hotel surpassed all expectations for a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend to anyone. I had booked a room with two large double beds for 3 people. Upon reaching we got the room with one double bed. Also, the room was with breakfast. But the person who helped us in check-in refused to give the breakfast at all.

Dirty rooms, cigarette smell, suspicious activities in the rooms!! Definitely no for families.. OYO ratings are definitely fake as nobody can give good feedback to this hotel
