Super OYO The Jugnu Hotel

A very nice hotel at the outskirts of Chandigarh(near PGI). The rooms were clean and the food was very tasty. The staff is very helpful and guided us very well. Will definitely visit again.

It had a great ambience and all the staff was so nice and always ready to serve you with their best. The overall experience of staying with them was supercool and the rooms are just the proper value of your money. The only thing is it is quite far from the chandigarh marketplaces . So you have to travel alot to go around the city but if you are travelling by your own vehicle it would be just great for a stay.

I booked a room with 2 beds but they said they don’t have the 2 beds room. Finally after a discussion they provided me separate room .Breakfast was included in my booking but they charged for breakfast. WiFi was also not working inside the room.

Fraud hotel. Denied check-in. Even though they partner with oyo and are available on oyo app, they deny check in after confirming the booking. Asked to cancel booking from oyo and book at a higher rate with them. And all this happened not 1 day or 2 days before check-in but on the day of check-in at 1 p.m. They didn't feel the need to inform it beforehand that they will not allow check-in. Such a pathetic behaviour, not recommended to anyone.

Very bad hotel. road towards to hotel is very bad, Hotel is in a dirty street. You can not go with car there They dont provide breakfast even if you booked for breakfast. Hotel rooms smells a lot. There is frequent power cut and dont go there in summer time. or I would dont go to this hotel at all

The room was very clean . It is similar as shown in the pictures. Staff is also vry nyc..everyone is polite there.. but there was no electricity for 2 to 3 hours.. otherwise rest all was good.. food is also great.

The overall experience was very nice and excellent but the only thing is their booking charges according to me it's a little bit costly if u r planning to stay for more than 5 days
