SPOT ON 49193 New Village Guest House

Rooms were neither hygienic, cleaned nor sanitized. We had worst experience. Took more then 6-7 follow-ups and reminders to get any thing done. Be it changing dirty sheets, cleaning washroom or getting a bottle of water. After check-in, they wasted initial 2-3 hours to address these issues, we stood on the stairs as the room was so dirty that we couldn't even enter the room. Save yourself from this horrible experience.

Very Bad Experience... Dirty bed sheet, used and damaged toiletries, dirty smelly unhygienic washroom and careless staff... They have made like a hostel but do not how to maintain or how to run that... Registered with Oyo Spot on... Never recommend to anyone...
