Hotel PR7

The TV panel was dismantled allegedly because the dish services were not working. Toilet roll was not provided and I had to request the same. additionally no toiletries (soap,shampoo) was given. I had to again request for the same. And even though I requested a room only with no breakfast or tea/food. The hotel staff firstly gave a morning tea which I firstly thought was complimentary as I did not order it. But later after I checked out the hotel staff Ms Nikita called and asked for money for tea. To my surprise this was not expected as first the room was not at par as shown in the pictures. And despite of the fact that their own staff made a mistake I had to pay for the tea. And when I shared how I felt about this carelessness of the staff the so called manager insisted on having the money paid. (I did pay the money of course but never going back there)

Small and cosy place for intimate events, Kitties and small level gatherings..staff is very helpful and polite..food served there was fresh, hot and flavourful..something which I did not like there was their service was too slow...Prices were reasonable and the rest of things were okay 👍

Excellent food in terms of taste and service is also very prompt. Variety of food is also very good. Great place to stay with family.

Guys Never visit in this hotel... worst service i ever experienced in my life.. Very slow service you have to wait for every order for atleast 40 minutes..

Love the hospitality and room service also the ambience is so good rooms are clean and modern interior Love the vibe and I would always choose to stay here

No water since long in room ,food is too pricy,No lift in working condition,no power backup,Fan of Room in too noisy. No good stay
