Hotel Standard

Worst hotel ever. No standard in "standard international" . Mouse running in the room. Improper lights. No hot water. Dirty bathroom,floor, linens, bedsheets, no blankets. AC had dust coming in the room. Staff is non responsive, need to tell same things 4 times to get it that too without intercom. Water bottles were unsealed, don't know which water they have put in.

one of the most bad hotel I ever seen in my life. Staff members were not helpful at all and they don't know how to treat the guests, rooms not clean. Dust had settled everywhere So many mouses run in the rooms, so dirty bathrooms, poor customer service. Dirty Towels/ bed sheets in the rooms. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I tried to give them zero stars it would not allow me to post.

Very bad service.... No one was there to welcome the guest at the reception. Washrooms are not clean, no towel no tissues and neither the food is of the quality as per the price. They didn't even serve the complementary basic salads (onion and chillies and chutneys) with non-vegetarian food. Please see the pics to check out the serving plates provided by them, quarter plates for the main course. No way to call a service person from the room except they provide a personal mobile number for calling. I personally won't recommend this hotel to a family. And those who check the reviews please consider this as a genuine review before booking. Really disappointed with the hospitality of the hotel. 😕😕

Worst services. Never make mind to visit. Think several times before making online booking. No coordination among staff. Most essential Intercom facility is not available in room. Hot water depends on solar system.

Asked for warm water dont get it no wifi very place is not that worth never book as name is standard but thier service is non standard at all i have no idea why they are saying international no any single service there not recommed at all dont go to this place

Good budget friendly stay option. Rooms are good, services are good. Only the downside is parking space for four-wheelers. Rest ambience is ok.service is good.suggest to check over all before visiting the hotel.Hotel is situated in the middle of market, so will suggest to avoid visiting in peak evening time. The roads are too congested in the peak evening. Avoid ordering food from the hotel.

Worst hotel. 1.) They showed us 3 rooms and none had working AC, waited for an hour to get a room with an working AC. 2.) Room had mouse running all over the room. 3.) They gave us water bottle without seal. 4.) Washroom door can't be locked from inside. 5.) Towels they provide was stinking. 6.) No receptionist was present at the time of check out. Had to wait 30min.
