Hotel Unite -Best Banquet Hall, Luxury hotel, Best Restaurant, Night Club in Pathankot, Best Hotel in Pathankot

Staff were rude and unfriendly, the room was in a terrible state with an appalling smell. The whole hotel was in a dire state, the shower barely worked and there was a long wait for hot water. As a backpacker I'm used to roughing it a bit, however for the price of this hotel it did not compare in the slightest to other less expensive accommodation. Would definitely not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Considering other available options in Pathankot. This hotel is good in amenities. Has a restaurant . 2 lifts. Ample space. The interior is old but otherwise looks good. Situated right on the main road.

Am Gorish I booked my party of dated 11/10/2024 at evening time .... My party experience is tooo good ..... Staff nd the manager named rishabh nd whole staff is too cooperative... Mr. Rishabh manage my party with proper hygiene, with proper responsibility..... Thank you unite team

As usual this place has never let us down, it's running way before I was born, my mom has stories to tell, yet it's so authentic and hygienic with amazing ambience,loved it!

Room are excellent with good amenities. We were provided with shampoo, oil, toothpaste, toothbrush and all basic needs. The rooms are big and enough to accomodate 3 people easily. Food served is delicious and staff is polite and helpful.

Once it was a famous hotel but now it needs maintenance. Sorry to say but very poor room service. Seepage in room , tv not working properly. Had asked for glasses but room service couldn't provide these. Buffet breakfast is there but only few options available but restaurant staff is polite and professional.

1. Rooms - poor maintenance, bad smell, bathrooms are not properly cleaned, even bed sheets are not clean, AC was certainly working, drinking water glasses were not cleaned, open electrical wiring 2. Ambience- it has a weird smell inside the hotel, no proper ventilation, no proper cleanliness of the common area, very congested 3. Food - overpriced food, suspicious tax inclusion, no good taste. 4. Parking is on the road only.
