So I just don't like the behaviour of the person who was on reception one of my known person was their in hotel I went to meet him but as the receptionist behaved I don't like it. Even in 5 star hotels people don't have that type of attitude. So kindly take some action.

Pathetic hotel Pathetic room Worst is parking . Their driver damaged my car while parking. Not even think of booking this hotel

It is the first time I came to pathankot we were on a family trip.As soon as I walked the stairs I noticed that on the top of the stairs there were flower pots with no flowers in them as I came to my floor I noticed that a sofa was put on all floors I noticed that the sofa on my floor was ripped . Then when was got our room I notice that the jug of water was empty and cockroach were crawling everywhere even though the service was better than many hotels in jaipur. I recommend you stay at woodland hotel instead of this.

I stayed at this hotel for a night at the reasonable rate provided by the night manager with complementary breakfast. In the morning when I checked with the restaurant people for breakfast charges, they checked the list and it was written that breakfast is complementary. Still they lied to me saying breakfast is chargeable and it is Rs.265 plus taxes. Hence I went outside and had breakfast from another restaurant. I'm very satisfied with the other service and room other than this incident. Doing such silly things can spoil the good will of the organisation and its customer experience as a whole. I hope they will not do such things in the future.

I have visited Pathankot for the second time but the option for choosing this place don’t go by the plan. Rooms weren’t great at all if we compare it with opulence and the prices too. They have given parking to some new guests by the time we walk in from an event . Not even breakfast is complimentary . A big no for this hotel if you’re planning for a shorter or a longer stay. The only perk which we have seen before booking this was that it’s in the middle of the town.

We, a group of 13 persons, have checked in 6 Rooms for one night on 17/11. Rooms are not clean as shown in photos. Room service & reception service is very poor. Some basic room stuffs (hot cattle with coffee/tea/other pouches, towels, others, etc.) not provided inspite of reminder to reception more than 15 times. AC not working in one room, TV remote not available in one room. Water jugs in all the rooms were dirty/rusty looks like not cleaned for several days or months. =============== Food service in Dining area is excellent service with good & tasty food. ********************
