Best Western La Vista Pathankot

Very very poor service. Prices doesn't match the taste because taste is very bad but the prices are really high. We went for lunch with whole family but there was no one to ask if we need anything. I suggest people not to go there as it's wastage of time and money. Staff was very unprofessional too.

Went for a celebratory dinner yesterday. Came back really disappointed. The service was very very slow . The soup was watery , the drink ordered was served in a normal glass in a very sloppy manner, the food was not at all tasty . Will certainly not visit again

Hotel was ok types .Located in congested area. Worst vallet parking. Got my car scratched when taking the car back on 8/9/24. They had no parking. Parked my car in a gully and then had no idea who scratched it. Never recommend such services. They should be ashamed

Worst ever food I had in such type of hotel restaurant, cottage cheese sizler was not having cottage cheese, stuffed kulchas were not having stuffing, iced tea was having no flavor just watery. This is what they are serving. Don't go to its restaurant for wasting your money.

Zero stars to this hotel , worst valet parking service they scrached our car since they dont have parking space they parked it on street when they gave me my car keys bumper was fully scrached so i dont recommed you guys to visit this hotel

A good place to stay. But they do not serve anything at night. The reception staff at night was clueless about the use of minibar

We have Newspapers to Read, A Refreshing Detox Tonic Water and then A Great Membership for 3000.00 Only for Marketing and Sales Business Professionals. Update : 26 05 2024. I was there for about 15 days.. Very bad customer experience.. Food quality not good... Staff & Receptionist will deceive you with false promises..
