Hotel Opulence

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. The cleanliness and service were abysmally poor, which was a huge letdown. Plates from other rooms were left outside in the lobby long after meals, creating a very unkempt atmosphere. To make matters worse, the geyser in the room wasn’t working during the freezing winter, and when I complained, the hotel management showed little concern. They eventually “resolved” the issue by providing a bucket of hot water, which was completely inadequate. The room service personnel were rude and unprofessional, entering the room with dirty shoes and making the already messy room even dirtier. To top it off, the bed linens and bedsheets looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The pillow covers were torn and filthy, which made the whole stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or service-oriented stay.

Recently we have arranged a birthday function. Starters (snacks/soup) were quite good and tasty. But in main course, few items like dahi bhalla, pasta, champ, ice cream served by them were not fresh and tasty. Overall service/dealing was also average.

Three days back we were there for the birthday of our grand daughter. Before the function we were assured by the manager that it will be our best experience but the reality was totally opposite. The service of the drinks was very poor we had to ask again and again for drinks then only we get those, no doubt the snacks were good but the food was stale, the dahi bhalla and veg champ was having a foul smell and the chocolate icecream was of very poor quality. Also there was a lot of discrepancies in the bill. Over all the experience was very bad

I m govt female teacher from DHARAMSHALA.we come from dharamshala to celebrate her daughter 5th birthday with all family members (12) incurred 75 years above senior citizens but we surprised miss behaved done by the manager Mr Amit .he miss behave with ladies and Little four kids .all captured in cctv footage.i request to u please please please my request to u please be aware. massage is cleared ,dission is your ,i share all video happens with us .Amit ji thanks. Jab apki family ke sath aisa hoga tab aap realised karo gye .

Good location. Good behaviour of the staff and the owner. Nice and beautiful hall in the basement Area. Nfc modes of payment available. Situated in the market on the Dalhousie 🛣️ Road. Tasty food. One of the best hotels in the city. Jai Hind 🙏.

It's a good hotel....Rooms and washrooms all near n clean....really a nice place to stay midway for those travelling between Delhi n Srinagar....I recommend this place to all.

First of all, there is no space for car parking here or when their staff asked for car parking, their staff was treated like a chapra boy, very bad experience. There is smell in the room and dirty bed sheets, what to say about the washroom, it is so dirty as if it is a local washroom only.
