OYO 30419 CO Hotel

The location is good. On roadside and near military area. Staff behaviour is good. Has option for eating (room service), so one less headache while on journey. AC is there (working well). Overall experience is good. The only issue is that there is no geyser in bathroom, hence heating rod is only option in winter. Rooms Conditions was very Bed. Small Cockroach Each and every Corner, Cleanness not Proper, Light is Gone but Generator not in Use. 1 Services is Good. Staff Behaviour.

Worst behaviour of the staff specially the guy on reception (bittu sharma). The rooms are also smelling badly. Bedsheets are smelling. Please don’t waste your money. Worst hotel i have ever seen.

They need seriously improvement, Location of hotel is good however staff is totally unprofessional in behavior. On the 1st go they try to open your room door straightway....however I am lucky since I kept it locked manually from inside all time....On reception they provide good service. Whatever you order they take almost 30-45 min minimum even if it is towel,soap or pillow or any damn thing. ||Room environment is little dull and need improvement, very low lights provided. No hot water in washroom when asked till next 1 hr no 1 visited, washroom need proper cleaning, ||||If it is only 1 night stay I will suggest this hotel and that too only you will get heavy discount. They provide free breakfast to me even when I missed to select that option while booking room online with same price. Food rates are on higher side....

Receptionist was very Ruud, he don't know how to talked with customer. Room service was also very baad, no tv was working, No telephone was available in room, they force to use there hotel & bar service, if you don't use then they was refused to give service like plate & glass. Over all my experience is very baad.

Receptionist staff language is very poor and rude. Even the staff not respect the customer. As per the guidelines, Hotel need the valid id proof of the person either it is adhaar card, voter card or any other authorised ID. Due to our last bus missed in pathankot. Me with my 15 years old brother go to the hotel at 9 PM. I have my own adhar card and we just have front photo of aadhar card of my brother. And we also show them his School ID card with proper authorised person details and address.. but receptionist rudely and in vulgur form said that we don't have hotel for you. According to me, the hotel would not run..who didn't have polite and respectful staff. Rate negative to this hotel.

Good hotel for stay near Bus stand and railway station. Airport connectivity is also good and direct reachable AC buses of Govt. Transport is available on half an hour interval time. 02 hours to reach Airport approx. SNT is a Good hotel for official and family stay.

Don't go for big show off of the building. You can find the same property at a less (about 30%-50%) rate in surrounding areas. Deteriorated rooms, faulty electric switch boards, no shower, congested space, torn blanket etc. were some of the disappointments I came across with. Never staying here again in future. A pure wastage of money.
