Very hard working, polite and dedicated staff.Have a complete control on thier team and manage things in on time. You order to anything from room and you will get it in next 5 to 15 mins. The service is very excellent and rooms are good in the kinds of prices you are paying.

Doesn't accept cards! Service is slow. The Elevator might work or might now and they might not have someone to even Carry your luggage up the floors at the time.

Stayed here for last few days... My experience was amazing for this.. I have told everyone whether …. Everyone came alone or with family, I cannot get better than this in Patiala.. its service. According to this or according to its location, it is also very good.
