Extreme poor service. Person at reception says property's owner Jatinder does not allow crockery in room for outside food n drinks. They did not even let my zomato guide use lift service because of castism

Location is excellent, just on the main road. Rooms are spacious but need maintenance in terms of cleanliness and equipment in working condition (intercom wasn't working). Food is satisfactory so we used to eat out mostly. Service needs a lot of improvement. Tarriff was reasonable.

Hotel is located at 10 mins auto ride from station. It's a simple building. The location is a bit awkward for auto commuters.We chose this hotel for the rate they offered. Only a few staffs are there to manage things. Don't expect any extras.. Check in was quick. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and well done. One room had a good view of adjacent garden also. Kind of airy and sunny. The linens were just ok.And these are the only good things the hotel has to offer. Washroom is small and suffocating. Reception should be more concerned about its guests and their needs. Breakfast is terrible. It's there because it has to be given. Painstakingly slow, have "one egg/ person" kind of approach. Stay in this hotel if you like a very affordable stay, ok rooms and nothing more. If you stay here walk a bit to Gopal restaurant for a awesome treat.|

One of the best hotels in Patiala. Neat and clean spacious rooms. Polite staff. Main usp is it's centralised location, just opposite Baradari park and Club.

We have booked it for small party their service was too poor. They haven't started snacks even all the guests had been arrived. We told many times for that then they started it. Service was soo poor that for 10-10 minutes there were no waiter serving snacks in whole party area even after saying many times. At last its not at all good experience specially compare with the price they charged.

Location is very good just walking distance from Leena bhawan light point..... interior was ok type not so good.....rooms were neet and clean....very spacious room with all amenities.... parking space is limited for 5-6 cars.... affordable room rent......food was good
