Hotel Bombay Residency

Attended a program, all items except channe were below the standard, cold snacks, Roti and smelly fruit raita and Gulab jamun, unbranded ice cream were the part of their service. Location and parking is again issue. Hall AC were not functioning properly. Sorry Guys don't know what make it 3 star hotel.

Though I was at Hotel Bombay for just one night, the stay and staff of the location were extremely polite and caring towards their customers. The hotel was booked because of a friend's wedding that was taking place nearby and we needed the place to stay close to the banquet as the travel there and back would be easier. The staff not only understood our requirement but also kept the hotel gates unlocked till 5:30 in the morning as that was the time we got free. They also were quick to the requests we had and helpful with the AC that was leaking water in our room (the only reason I have deducted a star from their rating).

totally bad experience.. mattress is so hard and rooms are not well cleaned.. hotel staff no good they don't know how to talk with customers...

Very very bad experience Never come here There matress are so hard and uncomfortable. Lights are not working here and the staff is also not polite....overall not worth it...The worst part is the hard matress...felt like sleeping on the floor...Bad experience 👎

Very very bad experience not worth rupees even 900 for night and they are asking for 1500 rupees worst not AC working not TV bed sheets are not washed, quilt was smelling everything is bad here please do not come not even worth 700 hundered.
