Night reception staff with turban guy is uneducated, no etiquettes, speechless, mannerless very disappointed from his misbehav . Hotel was good..

recently i stayed over there..hving a very coperative staff...they listened toyou..rooms are very spacious...hygenic ...neat and clean beddings...washroom hygiene well maintained..food provide by them is delicious...but one con i noticed less space for parking...overalll its best place to stay😊

I had stayed in MG64 near Punjabi University Patiala. It’s an excellent place for staying with family with all facilities. All services highly commendable and appreciable along with delicious food. Thumbs up to the hospitality.

This is the best hotel in patiala. Airy and clean room. Clean bathrooms. Deluxe rooms, Family rooms fully AC rooms with modren emenities. Bathtub rooms .

The stay was very good. The staff was friendly, the rooms were good. The bed could be cleaner but it was still good enough. The food from the restaurant was nice as well. Good value for money.

Absolutely pathetic service. No water. No hot water. No kettle water. No towels. No slippers absolutely bizarre. I’m trying in this frozen cold winter for hot water and they are still struggling from 7 AM. Till now. It is 11. And they are keeping un resolved

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I had a great experience with the Hotel MG 64 prime. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate weekend holidays. Just love it 💯💫

Worst hotel, worst service and worst management. I will never recommend to any one to choose such worst hotel. There was included breakfast in my booking and it was paid sepratly but not served breakfast. All fake commitment was made by them
