OYO 84446 Barak's Residency

I stayed in this hotel for 02 days and it was worst stay of my life. The hotel Staff behavied in rude way and talked to me in a disrespectful manner on various occasions, they don't know how to treat their guests not as staff but even as humans. Highly incompetent, unprofessional, unkind staff. All i can say is that it was complete waste of money, there are many hotels which are much cheaper and better than this one. Apart from that following irregularities were observed by me :- -They have given wrong location in Google Maps ( due to which I paid extra 200 bucks to auto driver) -No bathroom slippers provided by them. -Main Door lock broken. -Bathroom door lock broken (it will remain open if you are using bathroom). -Telephone non operational. -Most of the plug points were non operational. -They were even charging for water bottles which is given free of cost. -No room service provided in two days. -Uncleaned toilets. -toiletries were not given until asked. -Wifi non operational. Everything else can be ignored if the staff members are polite, humble and well behaved, however they were only bunch of goons. I would urge u think ten times before visiting this place or else your stay will be a HELL STAY.
