The Grand Ambassador

We stayed here for 3 nights. The service, rooms and atmosphere were good. The location was convenient for us as it is close to a family home. My only critique is that the first night for dinner the restaurant was very full with only 1 waiter. He did an excellent job taking care of all the patrons. Management should invest in more waiters and less staff with suits just watching . We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Phagwara

It's a comfortable place to stay and right next to Phagwara railway station, the rooms are ok a bit short on size but manageable. Service seems quite slow and it's very difficult to communicate with the reception team as they hardly seemed to understand despite clearly speaking in English , and I tried Hindi too.

The grand ambassador is the best. Don’t overthink and just go for it . My experience there was really great . People at reception are really helpful especially Pankaj sir. They allowed late check out as we missed our train. The roof top cafe is cherry on top. It was serene. Food quality was great. And the breakfast in the morning was way too good. Every item was tasty. So it’s a big yes. I’ll definitely visit it next time if I go to phagwara.
