Very bad behaviour of hotel staff with their guests and rooms were badly smelling and no proper water facilities in bathroom

First of all the location given by the hotel was wrong and when we tried to call the person he was just disconnecting and not answering. We had to suffer a lot. We initially booked two rooms but the front office staff was not having any information. We were given one room after 20 minutes of discussion and later another one. Both the rooms were in pathetic condition. The walls were filthy and dirty. There was dampness in the room. The washrooms were even worst. The staff didn't bother to even pick call and inform. Very bad Experience. Not recommended at all.

Very nice hotel, best staff and friendly behaviour. Very good service and budget friendly.

Good approach and friendly staff.. overall good.. rooms very clean.. but issue with bathroom.. taps not working properly.. i intimate them...hope they worked on.. cheap hotel so cant expect very high services and other things..

Very nice hotel if you come Chandigarh or Mohali please one time stay in pearl inn hotel after every time you come and stay here I love pearl inn hotel

The food of this hotel is normal not too much good also the interior and the staff of the hotel is just normal
