Staff was vey helpful... attended well even late night. But the room was very below average... non AC room was literally suffocating due to lack of ventilation... and very untidy..with all kinds of insects in it

[Smelly Room, Bad Receptionist] Booked this hotel through AGODA in Rs 676, (including bf with air conditioning room, size 10 sqm). After reaching at hotel reception, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes. After calling the numbers given on the reception, one guy came.. But he seems to be very unprofessional. He was rude. He even asked useless questions and was delaying. I had to request him to make it fast. Then he called someone and asked "weather I should be given room here or at some other properly." I was surprised with this. When I asked about it, he replied in a very disrespectful way. Anyways, finally I was given room in the same building (Room No 401). When I enquired about the breakfast, he informed that breakfast will be served after 9 AM and tomorrow morning they will decide what to be given in the breakfast. (strange) Room is big: neat and clean (I'm still in the room, writing this review early in the morning). But I couldn't sleep at night. First because of unpleasant & unwelcoming behaviour by the receptionist and then continuous water droplet noise from the AC. Probably, water from top room AC was falling on my rooms AC and was making noise. Morning view from the room windows is good. A very bad smell is coming from the toilet/bathroom. Exhaust is not able to clear the same. I'm sure, owner can fix both of these issues easily : receptionist & plumbing. Then this hotel will definately get good reviews.

Beware! Booked a room from Agoda which was showing the price of 683 . Made payment online and reached the property. There was no one at the reception. Waited for around 5 mins and decided to call at the number mentioned in the reception. Someone picked the call and we mentioned we have a booking from agoda and they immediately asked not to make payment through agoda . We said we have already made the payment and then they asked us to wait till someone arrives . After 5 mins a guy from the hotel came . He was very unwelcoming and was not a suitable person to host a guest. Once we said him we have already made the payment through agoda , then he said due to some policy issues , we cannot accept your booking. The issue was we had our identity proof on our mobile phone and not in a hard copy (which was strangely accepted 2 weeks back when we paid 1000 at the reception). Even when we said we will present you the original citizenship, he insisted for the original passport ( I'm from Nepal and we don't need visa to travel to India & vice versa) After some 10 minutes of mindless argument we left the property with disappointment. The kind of hospitality and the response we got was absolutely bizzare. The manner we were treated and responded was absolutely not acceptable. Because we got a better deal from agoda we were treated like that? Then why don't you delist your property from the platform? If you have read this review till now then it's your call whether to stay or not .🙏

We booked a room (me and my female friend) Suddenly approx at 1:30AM Few boys were in a fight with the receptionist and the environment is not at all safe. Don't visit there When we talk to the person receptionist he said hotel hai yahan aisa hota rehta hai... Women safety k naam pe zero hai. Bad behaviour of the staff
