OYO 8423 Grand Park

Worst experience ever. Very very third class property, linen was not clean, bathroom Flush tank not working, I have called many times but no one came to resolve this issue. Don't know how Oyo parameters allow such property as Premium. The guy at the reception asked for my phone at the time of checkout and tried rating 5 star himself. If I would have a opportunity to rate -1 star i would definitely do that.

The staff is good and helpful however there are some serious issues with the accommodation. They don't have menu card, food is ordered from nearby eatery. The hot water in tap was not available however the staff arranged the same in a bucket. Laundry service is also not available. The towels were wet and the excuse given was that there is lack of sunshine as I am visiting in winters hence the washed towels are wet. The rooms are small and not clean up to the mark also. A lot can be done in terms of improvement.

... I suggest everyone to check reviews of other customers also.. most of customers not happy.. bcz of services; cleaning and other things... I faced these issues also... If you order something you have to call atleast 4 times and cook comes evening 7PM... So you have your own food if you visit here....

The room was terrible. The linen was too damn dirty. No water heater or any arrangement for hot water. The guy at the reception asked for my phone at the time of checkout and tried rating 5 star himself. Won't recommend this place to anyone. Complete waste of money.

Wrost experience ever.Room was full of selan,have insects in room even dustbin not in room,staff have not aware about room cleaning,In morning even they don't call for breakfast.I don't know why oyo give it 4.0 stars. Don't recommend to anyone for this hotel.

It is been pretty good time there, Staff were very satisfying. The only thing we noticed rooms are pretty smaller in size and there was not any chair in the room. walls was not so mantained.

room are fine but there is no kitchen in the hotel so its difficult to order food there .they will provide you food from adjacent dhaba and parking is available there and hotel is situated in between the industrial area .

Very very third class property, linen was not clean, bathroom fittings not working, ac not working properly, if u are coming single & just only n only purpose is sleeping than go for it. Don't know how Oyo parameters allow such this property.
