OYO 76181 Hotel Raj Residency

Got good service and the receptionist had quite good and humble behaviour, The room was clean,there was free wifi and a towel was provided. Tv was working with Airtel DTH. The washroom was also good 👍. They have many rooms so easily available.

Reasonably good hotel with budget stays. For the money I feel it's a decent hotel however bedsheets and pillow covers could be in better maintained. The lodge is on the main road and reasonably close to both airport and railway station. If you are looking for budget stays in Chandigarh this could be a option.

Have an option for zero star and I will give it. I booked through Ibibo and due to technical reasons the booking did not go through. They denied check in and treated us very badly. They don't know how to talk with the guests. We paid money and stayed in the room. Geyser not working, flush not working, whole night there wore noises as the hotel was next to a alcohol shop. Rude staff finding fault with Ibibo booking. Will not ever recommend staying here.

I've been traveling a lot and living in hotels from last 6 years. I've never had worse experience than in this hotel. 1. Inspite of booking AC room, they gave me non AC room. 2. Although booking was from OYO, they still charged me for the basic emnities that are complementary. 3. Water bottles that have MRP ₹20, they charged ₹10 more for each bottle. 4. I asked for GST bill for those extra charge, they asked me that they will send me the bill on whatsapp and took GST also, but never posted me the GST bill. Worst experience, one should never book this hotel and fall for its cheap pricing.

A newly opened property, so everything is cleaned and well maintained. Staff is also very well behaved. It is situated very near to all prime locations of chandigarh and Mohali. Ambience is also great and suitable for family too. I will recommend this property if you are visiting chandigarh or mohali.
