OYO Hotel Hc King

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and empathy shown by this hotel. My family had to cancel their booking 24 hours in advance due to a death in the family, yet they refused to refund the amount. It's disheartening to see such poor hospitality from a hotel that is supposed to serve people during difficult times, especially being in close proximity to Sohana Hospital. Instead of showing compassion, they seem to prey on the vulnerable. Truly shameful

Pathetic hotel, no decency to return back the booking amount 24 Hours prior on account of cancellation due to death. What kind of hospitality are you providing your customers. Its the closest hotel to Sohana Hospital, prying on sad and weary is the most you could do? Shame on you.

had a fantastic stay at Hotel HC King! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. One of the standout features of this hotel was the breathtaking view from my room. I could see the city skyline and enjoy picturesque sunsets right from my window.

I took a room in the afternoon mentioning that we had to catch a bus (at 12am morning) to Manali. I paid the full price of the room for a single day. I kept getting calls from the reception as to when I'll checkout. The bus got delayed by an hour. Few guys from the reception came to the room saying that I need to checkout immediately at 11:30 pm. When I mentioned that I paid for 1 day they insisted that if I need the room for some more time, they need cash. At this point I vacated the room and while going out the room was given to bunch of people how wanted to party and were looking for a room. I hope you change some of the staff members who are taking advantage of the customers.

The rooms are not at all well maintained. We were in the top floor and the bathroom had an opening in the ceiling, anyone could just climb up terrace and invade our privacy. The sanitary unit was very unclean, water slow was not proper, no towel, soap or shampoo was provided, no table or chair, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The food was ok, but we were charged more for that as well. Overall it was a bad experience.

Really pathetic hotel. If there could be any rating below 0, I would give that. I had booked a room ( Deluxe 3x) via OYO app & had confirmed that my booking is on. But when I reached there, I was told that they had given my room to someone else and they only have one 2x room available. It was around 23:35 hours and I had no other choice but to spend a night here. Now I had to pay for 3x room but lived in a 2x room. The mockery didn't stop here.. They denied me a cup of tea even ( even on payment basis). Dirty room, no keys to lock the room, geyser not working, AC water spilling in the room and many many more problems. They didn't even serve breakfast.... In all, never ever go there. OYO should de board it from its panel as it will downgrade Oyo's stature...

Don't book this place... Been there recently... The price on oyo was different but they asked for more money on reception. Very unpleasant experience.. there water was no water, no toiletries in the bathroom, even after asking them again and agin... No one was serious about the situation. We literally bought mineral water to use in washroom, and they sold it on almost doubled price. The towel they provided was dirty and stinky.
