I should have read the reviews before checking in. Almost everyone has the same issue with this hotel. Pathetic experience. Initially they will tell you that they don't accept OYO and will charge lesser amount during check in. But at the time of check out their real face and the rude owner comes in and will ask you extra money after providing a worst room on the top floor. Worst hotel. Worst, rude and fraud staff and owner. They will definitely ask you for extra money while check out. First, they will say they don't have to do anything with OYO and will allow you for check in at a low price but at the time of check out they will show you OYO bill. They don't have any white bedsheet in any room so that they can hide dirt stains as they don't change it after checkout. Very unhygenic. Just a trauma experience.

Guys don't get diverted by looking at their good reviews by their own people. The hotel is in Shahi Majra and you can check the images of its locality over google. It's like a slum area so you can imagine how would the hotel and its staff would be. Worst experience ever. They don't use white bedsheet instead they would use colored one to hide the stains. Unhygenic. Unprofessional. Rude. And after all of this you will have to fight at reception during check out as it's their birth right to charge extra money after abusing OYO. Take it seriously guys if you don't want a terrible experience.

The staff is the worst staff you will ever see. If you are booking via OYO, they will not accept and if they accept, they will ask you to pay more, or give you an untidy room. Even for amenities like water bottles, they will ask you money.

Worst experience in any Oyo .I have been booking Oyo from last 8 years, I stayed many of them but this hotel is totally froud.they always charge extra money, they will not accept the amount which is on website.rooms are totally different from the website so room and price of the room both are different. Food is very pathetic, location is also in village area very outside.they will not provide you even blanket so that you have to turn off the ac.

Pathetic experience. They asked for extra money Just because I booked through Oyo, they provided worst room that too on the top floor just to create trouble as I was carrying lot of luggage. The lift isn't working and the helper denied to carry the baggage. Window opened on the corridor. The exhaust fan in the washroom wasn't working. Landline was down The funny part - The owner said that Oyo doesn't pay them so I should consider it as a complimentary stay from his side. Plus the place is shady AF.
