OYO Townhouse 762 Hotel Melano

The AC was not working and they were asking me to wait for 2 hours at 01:00 AM and they wouldn't refund. When call'd the MD, he provided me with another room in another hotel. In which the washroom was worse than a public restroom, the bedsheets and pillow cases have long standing stains and the room itself was stinking. Had to checkout at 02:00 AM to search for another hotel without any refund.

Very small rooms and washrooms with no windows in room and washroom. Felt very cluster phobic. Tv was not recharged, no towel or soap provided. Was denied checkin till we paid extra in cash. Humiliating experience, will never book here again. Also, room quality doesn’t deserve more than 800/night. No branding of Oyo or Townhouse (not even looked like one) and was managed by property owner (and not Oyo staff) Room was clean and location was right on the highway.

Nice hotel with good amenities in rooms wide range of food Indian Chinese continental western all types of food available. Good environment of hotel. Mostly I liked this hotel bcoz of the mattress very soft this mattress I never found anywhere in Zirakpur strongly recommended this hotel.
