Excellent room and nice bathrrom amenities of apothecary kmirica , exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend this hote for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. Comfortable stay with amazing breakfast. The team at Park Plaza took very good care of us. The breakfast spread is great and food is absolutely delicious. Chef Parth at the breakfast venue is a rockstar. ||The hotel’s location is very convenient and rooms are very spacious. Would highly recommend Park Plaza to all.

Excellent room, excellent service, beautiful ambience, the best part is that entire staff is courteous. I can’t miss the name of Mr Sharad who is a perfect host. I have ever come across. The rooms are tidy and the washrooms are equally neat and clean.

The stay was very nice and specially the food. Chef Shubham and Gaurav has taken a nice care of arranging required delicious dish. Thanks Park Plaza team. Would like to visit again along with family and friends. Nice for Business, family and solo traveller too.

I booked Superior King Size room but I was provided twin bed room. Explanation given booking was subject to availability when I furthered asked I was told it is 100% sold. Secondly breakfast was poor no person available to show sitting place and give drinking water. Food was average. I used laundry services but delivery was iven after 72 hours against 24 hours. No botheration from duty manager or any one. No refund given for not providing the booked room

Went Park Plaza Chandigarh for Valentine's dinner. It was an awesome outing. Their restaurant ambience, decor and live music was top notch. And the buffet spread was cherry on cake. Each and every server was enthusiastic and were wearing a smile. Rest of the hotel facilities were superb, it was located on highway.

The stay was pleasant but service is not upto the mark. Check in was a bit delayed. Housekeeping has to improve as the cleaning service staff had to be requested two times to place the floor towel which was missing after the room was cleaned. Breakfast service is a bit of a chaos during peak times and the staff unresponsive to requests. However the location is very good. I would definitely recommend as value for money and overall experience.

In the last three months I have stayed in this hotel, not a single trip has gone hassle free. Sometimes it is cleanliness issue, sometime room not getting cleaned, issues with do not disturb switches. This stay was going on well till the time I arrived at check out counter, with only one customer in front of me, it took half an hour for check out. There was only one lady at counter, then they punched in incorrect gst number, I had asked for split payment which was not done. I had asked to speak to GM, but he was so entitled that he would not come directly, but send his front desk manager, when I denied speaking to him,then only GM came in, in all his mightyness, showing attitude that he does not care, he could have simply asked what was the issue to clerk at front desk, but only did so after I asked him, he wanted time to investigate. Leadership in this hotel is so messed up, would not recommend to stay here to anyone.
