Hotel BU

Not recommended for any family or any outsider. The rooms are not maintained and unhygienic. Moreover, TVs do not work and they never recharge the set top box. It is like on demand basis only. ACs trip frequently. Phone wires are cut so that reaching reception is difficult. Lift is just for show purpose and never work. Chairs are broken and just for show. Never sit on them, otherwise you will be charged too much by the owner, else he threatens to lodge a court case against you. Overall, a very very bad experience staying here and the owner is also very rude and non cooperating. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED. Better look for some other hotels, may be costly but far better than this one.

Room Service was not there at all. TV was not working in any of the room of Hotel. House keeping and laundry facilities not there at the hotel. Restaurant of the hotel is under construction. Water supply also not there at midnight. Only good thing was that the hotel has very good WiFi.

It was great trip with family at chd and suddenly i booked hotel BU . But unfortunately that was good decesion. Would like to suggest everyone book this hotel for comfort and specially thanks to hotel staff who gave us good service . Room was neat and clean.
