Staff in the hotel is very nice..food is great and service is awsome. What else a person requires in a hotel at such price point. Value for money in short.

I stayed at this place for 23 days. Overall the place is good. But there is room for improvement. Rooms are spacious, well at least the one I stayed in was very big. But there is an odour present which staff isn't able to eliminate. They do spray room freshener but the odour eventually comes back. The staff is very helpful. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The location was good for me as my site was in Zirakpur only. Overall, I would recommend this but the hotel needs to take their odour problem seriously

Booked a room for two days expecting the quality of rooms as shown in pictures but got a reality check when I saw leaking taps in the washroom, no toiletries and basic amenities such as water not even present in the room. After reporting the issues and willing to pay for upgrade to a better room the request was neglected. I poured my money down the drain so you don’t have to please check, inspect and only then pay if it suits you DO NOT GO FOR THE PICTURES UPLOADED the real thing is way different. Pathetic!!!!

It was indeed a very bad stay. I stayed from 30th March to 1st April, booked a room with bathtub including breakfast, But at checkout they charged extra for breakfast 1150 Rs without any bill and even they spoke to me in very rude language, hot and cold water was not coming in the bathroom, The reception staff was very bad, and I also had to face the problem of power cut. I never advise anyone to stay with this property.

Amazing neat and clean rooms. With nice staff. And the food was very tasty. Highly recommended.
