Hotel Sivila

Literally a terrible experience in this. I have paid for a deluxe room which cost me around 2400 INR. and the room was not worth 1500 INR. Also, we ordered tea and the second time they served us tea's in disposable cups. Attaching photo. When the room service brought us the Tea, upon asking he said in an over friendly way "Bhai yar niche shadi kaa function hai to vaha bhi Cup kam pad gye hai". I was shocked that it is a hotel or some roadside tea shop. At night we could not sleep well because the other guest was shouting in the whole hall. I complained to the reception and he said "koi Nhi". We could not sleep till 2 'o clock. And in the morning one receptionist called and told us that when we will check out, I told him that the check out time is 12 and confirmed it before checking it. He changed the statement and told me that check out time is 11 AM also asked me to check out earlier because the hotel is booked for another wedding !! I would like to have a word with the Manager of the hotel or higher authority!! WORST HOTEL STAY EVER.

hotel sivilia is a newly constructed property situated on highway in pabchkula. we have opted this hotel at the last minute as we were traveling to manali, and the hotel met pur expectations. hotel looks very classy, with soacious toilets. recomended for family. we are traveling with 2 kids. kitchen food is good too.

Apart from location rest is not upto mark, rooms are small, bathroom had broken shower, service was delayed. Tv remote ws not working . food ws not too Gud even food tray is so dirty .overall our experience r very bad .Not recommended to stay in this hotel .

Very poor service. Please dont go to this hostel if u r a family. Total mental peace will be disturbed by the people managing the hotel.

Their warm hospitality truly enhances the overall experience.
