Hotel O AV Continental

The manager Kiran is extremely terrible. We booked through Oyo but he lied to us that he didn't get the booking and also inflated the booking amount. When Oyo tried contacting him, he didn't answer the call and kept disconnecting. I had to cancel the booking and me and my pregnant wife had to deal with unnecessary stress early in the morning. Please don't stay in this dirty hotel.

Rooms and washroom are not clean & fresh and not available a WiFi connection in all rooms and not work electricity and the receptionist say the extra pay for soft drinks 👎🏼👎🏼

I have paid some percentage of rent in advance for booking but at the time of checkin they asked me to pay full money as the advance amount was not showing in their side and they told me to co tact OYO instead of checking by their side , it was really horror experience as rooms also given in 3rd floor and there were no lift and all the baggage’s you need to carry till rooms. It’s showing in OYO that it’s 3.5 KM from Chandigarh Airport but while contacting Hotel came to know that it’s 13-14 km from Airport. Property Dealer behaviour was rude. I won’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel

Don't be fooled by the pictures, they are very outdated. I paid Rs 500 per night and the hotel is about the quality you can expect for that. Everything worked (more or less) in the room, and it was clean enough but not very pleasant or comfortable. It's OK for a night or two but not more than that.

Have to book room in hurry at the last moment. Best staff i have ever met. They took care of each and every thing that we needed. Mr. Sachin and ma'am on reception were really taking care of the hotel as if it was their home. They immediately understood the customer's need. Fully dedicated staff. Another boy who has introduced that he is new was also very polite, humble and caring for their customers. Owner should give their staff a raise. Well managed hotel and family friendly.

Very bad experience. Not worthy of a single-star. Rooms do not have any ventilation. The hotel does not have a lift. The staff was very rude and asked for extra money to check-in. The hotel is 18 km from the airport but claims as very near to the airport.

Pls Don't Book this Hotel it's Call Girl Adda.. Women are not safe Very Messy Rooms, Smells Likes a Hells, Bed sheets are Whole Of Smoking, Toilet sheets are very Massive Don't book this by OYO or Direct..
