This has been my worst experience. I had to book this one because it looked better than others. However, I checked in with my family and found bed bugs in the room, informed the staff and they just did not bother about it. They changed our room and just 10 minutes I saw that they checked in another guest in that same bed bugs room. They just did not care. Me and my family did not feel comfortable so we felt we should switch hotels. We asked them for refund to which they denied. And they kept challenging us by saying ‘itni badi baat nahi hai’ or ‘aisa nahi hota yaha’ inspite showing them the bugs on the the bed. They were extremely rude amd just horrible.

We, a group of 10 members from Chennai stayed here in KD residency, on the way to Manali, had a good experience here with the supportive staffs... Dinner and Breakfast were complimentary and were very Good... Worth for the Money... Can come again....
