Treebo Rockland, Zirakpur

Our stay at the Hotel Rockland absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located in a great area, close to the [attraction] and [restaurant]. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the breakfast , which had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

No parking, vehicles are parked in the alley. Rooms are not as shown in photographs. No restaurant, tea and food was served in the room but it was not hot. They do not place towels, no dental kit, no sleepers. While booking they show the room is having an electric kettle with tea kit, but it was not there. Only the dealing of staff members was good.

Worst experience with Treebo Rockland like Motels in terms of overall services don't go with paid reviews for their promotion. Room is unhygienic dirty wity poor network connectivity not even coffee catel provided. Location is also not good with near by red light with heavy traffic. Basic things like toothbrush paste comb saving kit all I need to ask for where they response need to buy and may cost. Worst past they don't have lift and stairs are very risky to use for anyone. Not allowing to go on roof so no roof top as such. Top of that very hilarious to know they are serving breakfast with limited options that too not in buffet mode rather on the verge of their wish how may they can allow. Like when I was placing order reaction is this much ?So it's better you prefer to stay in any Motels or Oyo taking breakfast outside as per ur wish. Big no to Treebo chain after this experience.

Rooms are very cheap, they have limited and same staff who does room service kitchen chaos and cleaning so it's very unhygienic as well. Also nothing matches on ground whatever treebo promises in treebo branding materials in rooms. They serve 1 item and beverage in room whereas treebo promises multiple things as in photos attached.. bed bugs and unhygienic bedding is also a part out of multiple

Bad and odd rooms. No health faucet in most rooms. No lift. Poor breakfast. In fact, 2 of us from the group of 8 pax...fell ill with the un toasted bread and half done omlette. Very very sad place...uncomfortable stay and I feel a 1000 - 1500/- motel or dhaba would have been wayyyy better, than paying nearly 2800 for this pathetic place.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The location of the hotel is on the highway and have ample parking space that add on to the value.
