FabHotel Welcome Residency- Hotel in Zirakpur Panchkula Kalka Highway, Zirakpur

firstly i book and pay the oyo for ***$ for 2 nights. but hotel welcome residency doesn't give me the room bcz he said that in this amount they will not give the room and you have to pay extra amount of 600. if I cancelled the room i have to give the penalty of 600 so i paid the extra 600 rs for the same room . i called oyo executive but there is no option to talk with them The room are so small and unhygienic. The food is also very bad and expensive than menu, thanda, and the delivery was also late. Guidance - never pay the advance room charges through booking. please pay at the hotel

Worst worst worst............Nothing.We have booked this hotel from online when we came at hotel the reception person are not agreed with online price it has create havoc for us because we have reached at hotel at 10 pm and location of the hotel are not proper. We didn't like this hotel. Reception charge more than actual price. Even food is not proper and tasty even they have not provide water for welcome drink.wrust property please dont book thi hotel

Booked on OYO app. And at 12:45 in night hotel said I will not give room in this price ..they Ask us for more money. And hotel was not supportive....OYO will do blacklist to this hotel from there application.
