Rooms are good well maintained and big. Staff is also very supportive and cooperative. Located at exact location. Only one issue that is the food provided is very costly comparing to the taste of food. Either improve quality and taste of food or cut down the prices a bit. All good otherwise.

The well spread Buffet is just Rs. 199/- include all. They serve amazing hot n sour soup with spring roll,manchurian &paneer tikka. Later we had nice salads from buffet . The dal&vegetable is best in taste. Also they have choice of pasta,noodles,some chinese exotic vegetables . At the last they have choice of ice creams and halwa/gulab jamun. How they serve all this in 199/-. It's fabulous ...definitely will go back soon and had food again .good luck to this place

1. If you are Punjabi then this hotel is not for you, because they do not have liquor license, They don't even tell half the things before, when you make advance payment then they start telling problems like liquor license, that means now you can't try anywhere else, at last you have to take a separate room, charges for each and every thing separately. By mistake, If you booked this hotal for a office party, the termination of one or two of your admin staff will be confirmed. It is better that you do a family program at home, because despite being a hotel, the headache related to the license is yours. If you just want to spoil your family program definitely go there, bcoz every responcibility is your own. 2. Senior staff doesn't solve any of your problems. If you told a problem to the senior staff, the senior asks you to talk to the junior staff and the junior to the senior. moral of the story You just keep moving from here to there. In the last, they say talk to that person who meet you on the first day dealing, we don't know anything. There is a senior aged Himachali employee, If you tell him the problem, he will definitely fight with you. so be careful. 3. Unhygienic and stale food, some of starters items are avarage and Some like a torcher, Example : too much chili in paneer tikka (everyone is not a drinker boss, kids and ladies also eat starters like paneer tikka) 4. The charges of 100 balloons (counted) in the birthday party are 3500, even in 7 stars hotal, a single balloon is not worth Rs 35. Moral of the Story : Time, Money, Every Thing Waste, Just Waste

The major plus point for this hotel is the convenient location and good attached restaurant. Wonderful food is served here. The service is exceptionally good due to the well trained staff. They take care of customers very well, very nice place to stay

Worst experience at this place. There's no Wi-Fi available,no proper food service even they didn't provide water for customers. Fan not available, AC not working. Better to book another nearby hotels 👍

We loved the ice cream parlor and the breakfast was outstanding. I've never had such variety at a hotel breakfast before. We will definitely be back.

Now days this is the best place to have a bussiness meeting firstly on main road secondary parking easy and easy to found for new people coming by for meeting . Food all Day they have buffet at 249 rupees only almost all the food in there buffet . Also seen nice party lawn in there premises .

I recently stayed in this hotel. It is on a good location and cheaper stay. But room service is very poor. Staff takes half hour to serve the request and room are also not very clean. I stays there for 2 nights and there days. Only on last day morning I find good service otherwise service was poor rest of the time.
